R1- The basketball began in 1879, in the University of illinois (Massachusetts), for creation of 
the teacher James Naismith


R2- A party must be directed for three umpires, the principal one and two you will help. These will be represented from the annotators' table, time-keepers and a technical commissioner. The umpires and his assistants will direct the game of agreement with the rules and official interpretations. The principal umpire will decide about any situation of discrepancy between auxiliary umpires, annotators' table, doubts of validity about the baskets, will give his approval to the record, he is the person in charge of checking, inspecting and approving all the technical elements and it will be able to take decisions on not regulated situations not ruled. The umpires can communicate with the annotators' table and with the rest of umpires by means of the gesticulation, putting up signs on the incidents with a series of pre-established signs.


R3- This sport is popular in almost the whole world, regions as Europe, South America and It was Seizing many fans concentrate, but the league mas strong is that of The United States


R4- The principal international events of national selections are the Olympic Games and the World Championships, which are celebrated under the patronages of the International Federation of Basketball (FIBA), which also is the person in charge of the rules of game and of the organization of international championships.


R5- The equipment of a player of basketball consists of:
 A vest without sleeves, originally of cotton, and at present of synthetic material. In his front part we find the logo of the equipment and the approved advertising (though in the NBA and other competitions it is not). In the back part we find the surname of the player and in cause the first letter of the name when there are two or more players with equal surnames. Under the name, in big, the number of the player, who is very important to aim at the number of lacks and the points of the player as well as the substitutions.
The trousers can be short or shorts (though for the mode of it "pirate" takes some competitions as the NBA they impose rules on his length): it is possible to find, in small, the number of the player in the right wing of the leg. It must be of the same colors that the vest, it cannot have pockets.
 Footwear: they have form of boot to hold well the ankle and protect it from twistings. In addition they possess air chambers to preserve the sole. The soles must have a design adapted to stop rapidly. 
Socks: generally short and of cotton. Though they are in the habit of being whites as other sports socks, they can be of another color to adapt to the uniform or, in rare occasions, be left to the taste of the player.
 It is prohibited that the players take put rings, chains, bracelets or any other jewel since it can damage an opponent.
